I love the art and colors! Who do I tell this to?

What does "Coming Soon" mean?

We make most of the items ourselves but sometimes we don't anticipate running out of the materials to make/ship it. When that happens we change the product to coming soon instead of sold out! Check back soon and we should have it back up!

How are items shipped?

Orders will be shipped USPS with tracking information provided. Orders placed before 8pm CST on Thursday should be shipped out by Friday. On the subject of packaging, it depends on what is being shipped:

• Buttons and Charms will be packed in a small bubble mailer to help protect them.
• Small prints will be between two pieces of cardboard larger than the print and taped shut.
• 8x11 and 11x17 prints will be rolled into a tube and shipped separately from the rest of an order.
• Masks will be packed in their own box that should protect them in shipping. If ordering to the UK it will be shipped separately to try to avoid extra fees.

Do you ship international?

We are going to start testing with UK and Canada shipping. If there are any customs or fees with the order it is your responsibility to pay them.

Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns within 15 days of delivery on damaged/incorrect items. Please use the contact page with the subject of RETURN and your order number.

I really like a print, sticker or button but would like it printed or sized a little differently, can I ask for that?

Sure! Give Brandon on twitter a poke (he does most of the printing, cutting and pressing). We do about 90% of our own production so it isn't a huuuuge deal but it depends on what it would take for us to make it happen. Also don't be surprised if we change the pricing to reflect the work that had to go into making it a bit more custom.
